Sorry I missed a month on the news letter but the holidays got away from me. I hope everyone had a great Christmas and brought in the New Year with a bang!! - I was in bed by 10:30—oooohh I am getting old. Christmas and New Years at our house was wonderful.  As you can imagine I made a TON of Christmas cookies. Please feel free to check them out.  I also made Pumpkin pies for this first time this Thanksgiving and Pumpkin tarts—I have to say the tarts were a BIG hit!
